1. Which parts of the Portland Metro area do you service?
Our office is located in Fairview, but we're able to service the greater Portland area and its surrounding cities and counties. Counties include Hood River, Multnomah, Clackamas, Columbia, Washington, and Clark.
Cities include Portland, Vancouver, Gresham, Clackamas, Oregon City, Tualatin, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Tigard, Beaverton, Milwaukie, and more.
2. Do you guarantee your services?
Yes, we certainly do. Customer satisfaction and maintaining good relationships are our focus. If you're ever unsatisfied with services, please let us know within two business days and we can return to re-address the issues at no-cost to you.
3. How can I receive a service quote for my business or home?
All of our estimates are free of charge. For all service quotes, we must schedule a brief on-site visit to assess the job.
While on site we evaluate the current condition of the windows, carpets, floors, etc. During this time we're happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Afterward we would then put together some service and pricing options and send the estimate to you!
3. How does your pricing compare?
At Better Cleaning our pricing is fair and competitive. We offer quality, superior cleaning at a great value. Our aim is to get you the best possible clean, and we do not take shortcuts on any job. Our pricing reflects this mission.

3. How soon can you be available? What times are you available to schedule jobs?
We are able to perform services during the day or at night. Seven days per week. There is no difference in price.
For the scheduling of most jobs we prefer a minimum of two business days advanced notice. For urgent situations or emergencies we can make exceptions. Larger sized projects require more advanced scheduling.
Our goal is to make obtaining cleaning services easier for our customers. Convenient scheduling is a big part of that. We don't want to disrupt your life or your business operations. This is another reason why we're the Better Cleaning Experience!
4. Do you have references?
We certainly do. We'd be happy to provide references upon request. We have numerous customers that have been working with us for years.
5. Who do I contact with questions or concerns?
We have both English and Spanish speaking management staff. Management is your first point of contact for any question or concern. We strive to offer responsive, proactive customer service with each and every job. We're always happy to take your call.

6. What if there's a delay, can I reschedule?
We understand that things happen. Other contractors fall behind and delay a project, bad weather, etc. We'll work with you and will gladly reschedule a job without penalty or extra cost.
This is part of our commitment to a Better Cleaning experience. We remove the difficult aspects of working with a contractor. This is a big time saver for you.
7. Do you have your own cleaning staff?
Yes, we employ our own cleaning staff. At Better Cleaning we offer responsible cleaning services. We do things the right way by properly compensating our crews for all of their hard work. This way we're able to retain high-quality, experienced cleaning techs.
Having our own staff allows for better management. We have more control over ongoing training, machine maintenance, materials used, and more. This means a better cleaning for you!
8. Do you use green cleaning products?
Yes! Being Portlanders we love our Earth and environmental causes. Where possible we use eco-friendly, green cleaning products. Our grey water and empty bottles are disposed of properly.
Of course, certain types jobs do require the use of more aggressive chemicals. Some restorative services are examples. In these cases, chemicals are responsibly managed. We follow OSHA standards, utilizing proper PPE and SDS sheets. We always utilize all products according to the manufacturer's direction.
